Synthesis, reaction and structure of a series of chromium(III) complexes containing oxalate ligand

A series of chromium(III) complexes [Cr(bipy)(HC₂O₄)₂]Cl·3H₂O (1), [Cr(phen)(HC₂O₄)₂]Cl·3H₂O (2), [Cr(phen)₂(C₂O₄)]ClO₄ (3), [Cr₂(bipy)₄(C₂O₄)](SO₄)·(bipy)_0.5·H₂O (4) and [Mn(phen)₂(H₂O)₂]₂[Cr(phen)(C₂O₄)₂]₃ClO₄·14H₂O (5) were synthesized (bipy=4,4′-bipyridine, phen=1,10-phenanthroline), while the crystal structures of 1 and 3–5 have been determined by X-ray analysis. 1 and 3 are mononuclear complexes, 4 contains binuclear chromium(III) ions and 5 is a 3D supromolecule formed by complicated hydrogen bonding. 1–3 are potential molecular bricks of chromium(III) building blocks for synthesis heterometallic complexes. When we use these molecular bricks as ligands to react with other metal salts, unexpected complexes 4 and 5 are isolated in water solution. The synthesis conditions and reaction results are also discussed.     

改性聚苯乙烯微球的制备及其胶体晶体的组装

采用甲基丙烯酸改性的无皂乳液聚合方法制备了尺寸为210 nm、含羧基的聚苯乙烯(PS)微球，用红外光谱、透射电子显微镜和粒度分析仪对其形状和结构进行分析，结果表明，经甲基丙烯酸改性后得到了表面为高密度电荷的单分散性PS微球.用垂直沉积法快速制备出在较大范围(大于1 cm2)呈现很好有序性的密排结构聚苯乙烯胶体晶体薄膜，其在590 nm波长处存在光子带隙.在电子显微镜下，观察到这种胶体晶体是面心立方(fcc)密排结构.     

Preparative high-speed counter-current chromatography for purification of shikonin from the Chinese medicinal plant Lithospermum erythrorhizon

The bioactive compound shikonin was successfully isolated and purified from the crude extract of the traditional Chinese medicinal plant Lithospermum erythrorhizon Sieb. et Zucc. by preparative high-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC). The preparative HSCCC was performed using a two-phase solvent system composed of n-hexane-ethylacetate-ethanol-water (16:14:14:5 (v/v)). A total amount of 19.6 mg of shikonin at 98.9% purity was obtained from 52 mg of the crude extract (containing 38.9% shikonin) with 96.9% recovery. The preparative isolation and purification of shikonin by HSCCC was completed in 200 min in a one-step separation.     

An efficient and solvent-free one-pot synthesis of dihydropyrimidinones under microwave irradiation

An efficient synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-one derivatives using formic acid as catalyst, from aldehydes,β-ketoester and urea(thiourea) without solvent under the irradiation of microwave is described. Compared with the classical Biginelli reaction, this new method has the advantage of good yields (77-94% for aromatic aldehydes) and short reaction time (3-8 min).     

Gaseous nitryl azide N4O2: A joint theoretical and experimental study

Gaseous nitryl azide N₄O₂ is generated by the heterogeneous reaction of gaseous ClNO₂ with freshly prepared AgN₃ at −50 °C. The geometric and electronic structure of the molecule in the gas phase has been characterized by in situ photoelectron spectroscopy (PES) and quantum chemical calculations. The experimental first vertical ionization energy of N₄O₂ is 11.39 eV, corresponding to the ionization of an electron on the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) {4a″(π_{nb(N4–N5–N6)})}⁻¹. An apparent vibrational spacing of 1600 ± 60 cm⁻¹ (ν_asO1N2O3) on the second band at 12.52 eV (π_{nb(O1–N2–O3)}) further confirms the preference of energetically stable chain structure in the gas phase. To complement the experimental results, the potential-energy surface of this structurally novel transient molecule is discussed. Both calculations and spectroscopic results suggest that the molecule adopts a trans-planar chain structure, and a five-membered ring decomposition pathway is more favorable.     

MBBR水气协同脱氮启动方法研究

考察了水气协同条件对移动床生物膜反应器启动的影响。在添加氨氧化菌营养盐并通入50×10-6NO2气体时取得了理想的挂膜效果:挂膜速度快,生物膜稳定,有机物和总氮的去除率分别为73.81%和67.90%,且在进水水质波动较大的情况下出水稳定;同时,NO2气体也得到了净化,净化效率超过90%。     

人体血清中痕量铜的PAN分光光度法的测定研究

研究了用Cu2 -1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)分光光度法测定人体血清中痕量铜的最佳条件。在HCl-KCl溶液介质中,十二烷基苯磺酸钠存在下,其表观摩尔吸光系数为1.42×104 L.mol-1.cm-1,Cu2 含量在0~2μg/mL范围服从比尔定律,检测限为0.5μg/dm3。操作简便、快速,该法可用于人体血清中痕量铜的测定。     

A cytotoxic compound from the leaves of Juglans mandshurica

From Juglans mandshurica leaves, a new quinone compound was isolated through bioassay-guided fractionation. The structure elucidation of the compound was established based on spectroscopic studies, notably of the 2D NMR spectra. The compound exhibited moderate cytotoxic activities against Hela, MCF-7, BGC823 and 3T3-Llcell lines with IC50 ranges from 7.5 to 26.8 μmol/L.     

CrOx/ SBA-15介孔催化剂上丙烷在二氧化碳气氛中脱氢反应的研究

The structure and catalytic properties based on Chromium Oxide supported on mesoporous SBA-15 for oxidative dehydrogenation of propane by CO₂ have been studied by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectra (UV-Vis DRS), electron spin resonance (ESR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and propane pulsing experiments in the absence of gas-phase O₂. It has been shown that propane conversion and propene yield increase with Cr loadings. The propane conversion and propene yield on CrO_x(Cr: 10wt%)/SBA-15 catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation of propane by CO₂ at 550 ℃ reach 24.8% and 21.8%, respectively .The results of ESR, UV-Vis DRS and propane pulsing experiments indicate that Cr^Ⅲ in the CrO_x/ SBA-15 catalyst is the main active species in oxidative dehydrogenation of propane by CO₂ and Cr^Ⅵ, Cr^Ⅴ is inactive in dehydrogenation.

本文报导了将纯碱加入砷含量高的铅阳极泥熔炼成贵铅，用硝酸溶解，硫氰酸盐沉淀，再用锌粉还原得银的方法。从而避免砒霜挥发。
